Stephanie Justus, APRN-CNP

Stephanie Justus, APRN-CNP

Stephanie Justus is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Texas native, and moved to Claremore in 2019 to provide exceptional health care to the people of Northeast Oklahoma. Stephanie has cared for patients across the entire lifespan, ranging from sick and premature infants in neonatal intensive care to adult and geriatric patients in the progressive and intensive care areas.

Stephanie enjoys caring for patients as a provider in order to assist in managing and optimizing their overall health. She is passionate about aiding clients in their journey to feel healthy and beautiful - inside and out. She can meet patient needs for an array of issues, including anything from acute and chronic illnesses, to hormone replacement therapy for men and women, to medical weight loss counseling, and more.

Stephanie is married to a disabled combat veteran and has two children. She loves to read and spend time with her family, whether it be having a family movie night or heading to the lake to go fishing.

Kayla Smoot, APRN-CNP

Kayla Smoot is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama. She is an Oklahoma native who grew up in Broken Arrow and moved to Collinsville in 2022 and began serving the Northeast Oklahoma population. Kayla has cared for patients across the entire lifespan, ranging from infants to adults in the urgent care setting and adults to geriatric patients in the intensive care unit. 

Kayla enjoys caring for patients as a nurse practitioner and using her extensive experience as a bedside nurse to develop meaningful relationships with her patients. She is an advocate for her patients – focusing on individualized care for each patient and striving to help them be as healthy as possible. 

Kayla is married to a surgical technician, and they have one dog and two goddaughters. She enjoys reading and baking in her free time and loves being “auntie KK” to her goddaughters. She and her husband enjoy going to concerts and traveling together.
