Forehead - $120 - 240
Treating this area helps to decrease the upward pull of the frontalis muscle, decreasing the horizontal wrinkles seen in the forehead.
Eyebrow Lift - Up to $100
Placing treatment here can help lift heavy brows and give a more awake look with more of an arch in the brows. We can treat here separately without treating the crow's feet, if desired. Max price listed is for both brows and as a stand-alone service. As an add-on service to other areas, will be discounted!​​​​
Lip Flip - Up to $85
This treatment helps relax the inward pull of the muscles in the lips, creating a "flipped up" look which then shows more of the lip, creating a fuller look. This makes a difference in how much of your lip shows, but does not plump or give more volume to the lip. This is a good choice for those who may be interested in lip filler, but aren't ready for that commitment just yet. Max price listed is as a stand-alone service. Downturned Mouth (DAOs) - Up to $200
This treatment relaxes the downward pull of the muscle that attaches from the lower jaw up to the bottom lip. On some people, and as we age, this muscle can pull downward more strongly, causing a noticeable downward pull to the mouth, which can cause a frowning appearance.

TMJ & Jaw Slimming - $360 - $600 per side
This treatment can be used to ease jaw pain from TMJ or aesthetically to slim the large jaw muscles. It's important that we treat both sides of the jaw because if only one side weakens, the other side will still pull hard on the mandible. Uneven pressure on just one side will worsen TMJ symptoms. Results typically last 3 - 6 months. We take FSA and HSA payments!

Trapezius/Shoulder Tension - $120 per side
Treatment with injections in the trapezius muscles, also known as "TrapTox," can help relieve tension and pain in the neck, shoulders, and upper back by causing relaxation of the the trapezius muscle, which can help alleviate discomfort caused by tension, stress, or overuse. This can offer long-lasting relief without the need for invasive procedures or daily medications.

Treating here will help relax the inward contraction between the eyebrows, diminishing the dreaded "eleven" lines between the brows.
Bunny Lines - Up to $130

Neck (Platysmal) Bands - $120 per band
This treatment includes injections into the platysma muscles, blocking nerve signals and preventing the muscles from contracting. This results in a smoother neck contour and can also subtly lift the jawline. Should be paired with jowl treatment for best results in the jawline lifting effect.

Migraines - starting at $400
Migraine treatment includes injections at 31 sites across 7 specific head and neck muscle areas, including between the eyebrows, the upper forehead, above and behind the temples, the back of the head, highes point of the neck muscles, and the trapezius muscles. The facial muscles are not treated for wrinkle reduction, but for reduction in the number of headache days per month.
Treatments should be every 3 - 6 months or longer, depending on how long your relief lasts. We take FSA and HSA payments!​

Crow's Feet - $144 - 288
Treatment in this circular muscle can stop the wrinkles that are formed at the outside of the eyes. An eyebrow lift is part of this treatment, if desired.
Nose Tip Lift - Up to $50

Necklace Lines (Horizontal Neck Lines) - Up to$120 per line
This treatment includes injections into the neck muscles, blocking nerve signals and preventing the muscles from contracting, which can help reduce the appearance of horizontal neck lines by relaxing the muscles that cause them. Price listed is the max per line, which depends on the length of the line. Should be paired with Platysmal band and jowl treatment for best lifting of the neck and jowls, but can be used as a stand-alone treatment just for horizontal lines on the neck.​​​​​

Excessive Underarm Sweat - $360 - $720
Botox for underarms can be an effective treatment option for hyperhidrosis. Botox is injected directly into the armpit and blocks the signals from the nerves responsible for sweating, stopping the sweat glands from producing too much sweat. The dryness is typically effective at about 85% sweat reduction for 3 - 6 months, depending on how much sweat you produce normally. We take FSA and HSA payments!
